Idris Bashir Bugaje, an accomplished professional with an extensive academic background and a wealth of experience in the fields of Management and Entrepreneurship. With a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), an M.Sc. in Management from Salford Business School at the University of Salford, Manchester, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Dr. Bugaje's educational journey reflects his dedication to continuous learning and growth.

His expertise is further augmented by a range of professional certifications and training in areas such as e-learning and courseware development, agricultural value chain financing, entrepreneurship boot camps, and the World Bank/NUC TOT on procurement. Dr. Bugaje's commitment to knowledge and skill development is evident through his impressive array of qualifications.

Currently serving as the Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Centre at ABU Zaria, Dr. Bugaje is a dynamic lecturer and consultant. His wide-ranging contributions include research on the social impact of tax reforms, reviews of public service rules, and assessments of university governance structures. His proficiency also extends to enterprise development services, demonstrating his versatility and knowledge across diverse domains. He also provides service modules and courses on procurement in the Sustainable Procurement, Environmental, and Social Standards Enhancement Centre of Excellence (SPESSECE), a world bank project at ABU Zaria.
